Power Keys macOS Application - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Power Keys macOS Application ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. License and Use
2.1 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2 Restrictions: You may not:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App;
b. Use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms;
c. Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the App.
3. Subscription
3.1 Subscription Plans: Some features of the App may require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the terms of the subscription plan you selected, including any applicable fees and billing terms.
3.2 Billing and Renewal: The subscription fee will be charged to your provided payment method at the beginning of your subscription and automatically renewed unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you in advance of any changes to the subscription price.
3.3 Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the App until that time.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration: Some features of the App may require you to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
4.2 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the App.
5. Limitation of Liability
